Oh bother...I don't like thinking about it!

I would think that May 22 or 23 would be the cut off for needing to get the fridge ordered?? Most websites say 7-10 business days PLUS we have Memorial Day holiday that will slow things up a bit.

Can anyone call the resort and find out just HOW long they can hold something between guests?? I am zooming out the door for work...I could try to call tonight if no one else can.

Well, the guy I just talked to said he isn't aware of a policy for a time limit. BUT, I don't know if I believe he knows what he is talking about.

Well, I suppose we could go for it and hope for the best.

Ok, so we order it and the June folks use it. The last person to use it would need to clearly/boldly mark it with the next users reall name, reservation number and check-in date and the words HOLD UNTIL....and get a bag check claim receipt that could be mailed to the next user.

Now, my only question is what happens if Jakethejrt uses it the 1st week of July and marks it with Mommagoof's info for August BUT between then someone else signs up?? How would we get the next user's name on it?

Geez, if some July people would just hurry up and sign up already!!!

Next order of business: how do we collect the $? I have a Paypal account but have NO clue how people would access it to pay?? I'm not the brightest light in the harbor when it's non-Disney related!!

I will send IM's to everyone to confirm they are still interested and finalize the dates. Once I have a grand tally of the true participants we can figure out the cost per person and go from there. How does that sound?
