Modify resort after booking package?

So I've been searching this but can't find anything applicable. I booked a vaca package with TA. ADR's are booked. But after a lot of research we are considering switching out resort. We are at LM at AOA but considering POR. Is it possible to modify places without losing ADR's AND the park ticket prices have increased since booking- do we have to pay the difference now?? TIA!!

Your will not lose any ADRs. I am not sure about the ticket price.

You booked with a TA. Use them to change and bypass the chaos.

Actually, you have no choice - you HAVE TO go through your TA to modify your resort reservation.

Oh! Well, that settles it! But she should be able to modify- not cancel and re-reserve?

Yes, definitely! I have a family of clients going in 16 days, and the mom had me modify their resorts (split stay) FIVE times! She is definitely settled and happy now, but it took some time to get it right. This was done over the phone, but can now be done online by TA as well.

Thank you everyone! I am just concerned with the amount of walking LM rooms at AOA entail for my father in law... I am going to keep researching for a better sour ion bf calling my TA! Thanks for all the help!!!
