modified reservation, new confirmation email?

I called yesterday to change a few things on our package (added a day to our park tickets) I also set up magical express and changed our room requests. The CM I spoke with said I'd receive a new confirmation e-mail with the changes but I haven't received one, should I call back?


Just a side note regarding room requests: when we made the ressie in November we asked for a room request to be noted on our reservation (we asked for bldg casitas 1 or 3 at CSR) BUT when I called yesterday I first asked if any previous requests had been noted on our ressie for the room and the CM said no, nothing is noted at all, no requests and no celebrations. :rolleyes: When we made the ressie they asked if we were celebrating anything and we told them our Anniversary and Mother's Day but they obviously didn't note that either. So best to fax your requests a few days before you check-in.
 
I would call back because sometimes when it comes to getting an e-mail confirmation the Cast Member say you will recieve one and you never get it, so you just got call until you see it in your e-mail.
 
When I switched my resorts for this upcoming March trip (switched it twice), both times I received a new bill with the new balance due at check-in (booked room only). When I was on the phone with Disney, they did say that since I didn't cancel my stay and just modified it, that you would still use your same confirmation number as before. But back to your email statement....yes I know what you mean, whenever I asked them to email me my new accommodations and such, they didn't, but when I went on the website it was all their with the new balance.
 
I called this morning to make a few changes to my reservation and the CM (who btw was the sweetest woman) took my email address and sent me a new confirmation email immediately after we spoke. I also made a room request and that was noted in the email.

I say try back and hopefully you will have better luck!
 

I changed my resort from POP to POFQ yesterday around 3pm and received a confirmation and reservation change email around 5:30pm. The email was in my bulk mail folder, if that helps at all.
 
thanks all, I'm going to give them a call back and request a new email be sent. I checked on disneyworld.com and my changes are on there...atleast the magical express info and the increase in park days but i'd like the updated invoice and confirmation.

I had made a change to my ressie and requested an email and a hard copy but didnt receive either.* I started calling daily requesting something...each time they told me my changes were in there but still nothing was sent...after 3 weeks of requests I made a little tweek to my ressie and I recieved an email the next day...and then a hard copy 1 week later.* I think they have difficulty with their email / computer systems and that makes me a little scared!
