I called yesterday to change a few things on our package (added a day to our park tickets) I also set up magical express and changed our room requests. The CM I spoke with said I'd receive a new confirmation e-mail with the changes but I haven't received one, should I call back?
Just a side note regarding room requests: when we made the ressie in November we asked for a room request to be noted on our reservation (we asked for bldg casitas 1 or 3 at CSR) BUT when I called yesterday I first asked if any previous requests had been noted on our ressie for the room and the CM said no, nothing is noted at all, no requests and no celebrations.
When we made the ressie they asked if we were celebrating anything and we told them our Anniversary and Mother's Day but they obviously didn't note that either. So best to fax your requests a few days before you check-in.
