Modification Error

When trying to modify a reservation today (have tried 2 different ones) I am getting the 7 Dwarves after the page where you enter guest information. I would assume it is probably doing it for new reservations as well (but can't be sure). Anybody else having this issue this morning?

Yep, doing it for me too. Trying to book a new Reservation. I was on my iPad, so going to try my PC. I tried around 5am and just tried again at 8am

I've tried a couple of different browsers. Definitely a server issue in their end.

I’m getting the same problem but I know it’s working for other people because my 11 month riviera reservation was stolen from right under my nose while I was getting the dwarves this morning

Yep I’m having the same issue. It’ll also show that room is now gone and the points have been deducted but the room booking doesn’t show on my dashboard.

Sounds like we are getting errors in different areas. For me it is between the guest and the finalization page. If your points were deducted then you must have gotten to the last page to finalize?

Same here. It let me cancel but wouldn't let me modify the reservation or rebook.

Mine is happening at the final step to book...after I've entered all the guest information. These are with my direct points.

So does it it happen between the guest info and the final booking page or after you get to the final page and hit submit or book or whatever it is?

I didn’t get to finalize. I got to the screen that shows guest info, clicked ok and got the dwarf. I’m looking at it now and those 3 points I borrowed are now in my 2021 UY. They were pulled from 2022. I hope they’ll fix that.

Quite possible the room is in limbo since you started the booking and it errored out. Inventory could potentially show back up....

Last week when this happened to me, I tried booking without entering guest names. That worked for me, YMMV. Later, at my convenience , I went back and added the guest names

I never enter guest names and this happened to me this morning. Safari and Chrome.
