Hey All, I was just curious to how early this usually starts and if someone could tell me what it is like, what rare characters can you usully see, and is it an all day thing or is the party just at night, do you have to buy tickets for it aside from your park tickets, etc. Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated, thank you so much. ::MinnieMo

This is a special ticketed event, I believe it cost around $38 per adult last year and it was worth every peny. We went to the party twice because we enjoyed it so much. The party offically starts at 7pm and goes until midnight, but you can get in as early as 4pm. They give you a special wrist band and once it gets close to 6pm (that is when the park closes for the night on party nights) they start shuffling all the party goers into adventer land. The rides and some CS and LTT are open.

Some of the rare characters that we saw were the villians. They have a villian meet and greet that we did not attend so I am not sure as to which villians are there. The parade and Hallo-Wishes - the firework show are awsome. We would go at this time again next year but I want to try Disney at Christmas time. If you are thinking about going, I would say defiantly go, it is so worth it and it is just a great time.

We just went on October 30th and would love to do it again. You do have to buy a separate ticket which usually go on sale on the first of May. I think the tix were something like 37 for adults and 20 something for kids. The actual party starts at 7 but you can get into the park at 4 with your MNSSHP ticket. They put you in one area of the park at 6 while they setup and decorate and then the party starts. There is a parade and trick or treating...(we STILL have candy). The characters are in costume and they have a special version of Wishes, which was incredible. The rides are all walk ons too!! We can't wait to do it again!!! I would highly recommend it! They also take your picture with a Halloween backround and mail you one copy for every ticket you purchase.

I agree with OP's ....well worth the extra $, and if you want they have trick or treat stations....you get a treat bag upon entry into the party, and then can trick or treat at the different stations....good candy too...M&M's, kit Kats, etc....the parade is great & so are the special fireworks!!!

We had a good time at the party in October. :Pinkbounc
