Hi all. How do I make sure that the FP+ reservations I make for the 4p-6:59p time frame using the early MNSSHP tickets are tied to that ticket and not my park tickets tied to my magic bands? Does it do it automatically?? The MNSSHP tickets are showing up in my MDE account, as are my 3-day regular park tickets (which I will not be using that day).

TIA!

I believe the only way to do that is to have the party tickets on an entirely seperate account.

If you won't be using regular tickets that day, you are fine. Enter MK through the MNSSHP Event tapstiles and the only entitlement that will be deducted is your Party entitlement.

When making my FP+ reservation for those few hours at the 60-day mark, do I just make the FP+ reservation like normal and they're just be magically tied to my party ticket? They sent me physical tickets, and I have linked those and my 3-day regular admission tickets to my MDE account.

The FP window will open for that day and book FPs beginning at 3:15/3:20 with the last one at 5:30.

Your Party Ticket or your MB can be used at the party entrance and the FP lines and both provide the link to the data in your MDE account.

Can you tell my 60-day mark is coming and I'm freaking out a little bit?? LOL! Thanks for your info!

Your FP isn't linked to a specific ticket. It's linked to your MagicBand. So whatever ticket you use to get in is your choice, as long as you have a ticket :) It doesn't affect anything except the time you can begin using them.

Actually, they're not linked to your Magic Band, either. They're in your MDE account, and your Magic Band is just a means of accessing them.

3:15? I thought 4pm was the earliest partygoers could get in without regular admission. Insights?

4 pm is the earliest you can get in with just a party ticket. But since FPs are booked in one hour intervals and can't overlap (and last year any FPs booked for party days with a booking window that ended later than 6:30 were canceled), the latest you can have your first FP booked for is 3:30-4:30. Obviously though, if you're just using a party ticket for admission, you would actually only have 30 minutes to use that first FP rather than one hour.

FP+ can't be used after 6:45ish for the party nights so its best to book

3:30-4:30, 4:30-5:30, 5:30-6:30 to ensure that you get to use all three

we don'tn use FP+ before the party - we find the area for the ABSLOUTE MUST character that we want to see and hang out there for a few hours - its a nice way to peopel watch

The FP window extends to 4:15 (4:30) so the PP has time to get to the ride and use their FP after they enter the party at 4:00.

Sorry to jump in but I've been reading on this a lot and think I may have confused myself. I thought the hard party tickets had to be linked to dummy accounts on my MDE. So, as long as I have a hard ticket linked to my current MDE accounts I can use those to make my 4:00-7:00 fp+ selections and don't have to worry about dummy accounts? We do have park hopper tickets if that changes anything.

You only need to link the party tickets to a dummy account if you want to book FPs on both your party ticket and your regular ticket for your party day. So for instance, if you wanted to go to DHS during the day that you're going to the party, by making a dummy account, you could book 3 FPs for DHS on your real account and 3 FPs for MK on your dummy account.

I'm going to MVMCP on a day that we don't plan to use as a park day. So if we make FP reservations for 3:30-6:45 on that day, we can use the regular MDE account?

Yes. Just link your MVMCP tickets to your regular Profiles/lines and use your MBs to enter the party through the designated "event" tapstiles.

Just checking... We have 2 day park hopper that we will use on Sunday and Monday. We then have a ticket for the Tuesday Christmas Party. Is it ok to link the Christmas Party tickets to our regular MDE account to book Fastpass for 3-6 on the party day. I know we cannot get in until 4. I just didn't want to mess up being able to get FPs with the party tickets.

That's fine - you'll have three days worth of tickets to book FPs on three separate days.
