What’s for Dinner Tonight?

Back from our little get away.
Sunday's dinner was at Costco.....I had the Chicken Bake, DH had the hot dog.
We usually eat in the room on these 2 night get a ways but there was no microwave at this place
Monday, before going to a movie we got food at Panda Express I had chow mein and mushroom chicken and DH had chow main and shrimp. I was okay.
We had a couple snacks we had purchased in the movie and didn't want much dinner.
A protein bar was it.

Not sure about tonight.....nothing here but frozen food. I will have to check the freezer.

Sorry, life's been crazy since starting at a new school for both DH and myself as well as trying to find a new home.

Sunday night was steak, mashed potatoes, and cornbread rolls.
Last night was sweet and sour chicken and rice
Tonight is bacon cheeseburgers and chips.

Tonight we are having one pot chicken with rice and corn on the cob. Giant eclair for dessert.

not sure-i suspect it will be something easy b/c I've got quite the project set up for myself, dh, the kitchenaide and the air sealer. I am up at this ungodly hour b/c I was waiting for one of our local grocery store's online ordering system to recognize the new week's ad so I could take advantage of a sale they've got on beef rump roasts-$4.29 per pound that's the best deal i've seen in ages and SO much less expensive than even the worst ground beef is going for so....................I just ordered 40 pounds for pick up tomorrow and we will be grinding half to make 2 pound packs of ground beef, making some 2 pound packs for soup/stew and double wrapping the remainder for actual roasts.

chili with cornbread tonight (using ground turkey). Cornbread is store bought so nothing fancy there.

I have open house tonight so won’t be home until close to 7:30 . It is a lonnng day. I have a couple of snacks to hold me over.
Not sure what DH is deciding I guess it’ll be a surprise when I get home.
