MK to Poly how long?

we will be in MK and have a 5:20 pm ADR at Ohana. I know we can do the monorail or boat but approx how long does it take? What time do we need to leave MK by?

Allow 30 minutes.

It will not take that long, but you should allow for unforeseen delays.

The Shuttle Boat goes to GF first and then the Poly.
It will generally actually take longer to get to 'Ohana using the shuttle boat than the monorail.

Rule-of-thumb at WDW:
It is better to arrive far too early than one minute too late.

Agree with Robo. I would leave the Magic Kingdom around 4:30. If you are early for the reservation, you can simply wander around the Polynesian grounds until you want to check in.
