Huh? What'd you ask for because I couldn't get them to give it to me at all unless I paid the $750. I offered to give up the prints, album, and proof book for the CD but no dice.

Sorry no they didn't give it to me outright but they didn't take anything out of my package and added it only for 350 and did not make me wait to get it at the lower price!
