MK Parking Lot & Monorail Opening Time

When does the MK parking lot open, and when does the monorail start running?

Say, if someone had a 7:00 AM reservation at Chef Mickey's, and planned to go to the MK afterwards, could they park in the MK lot instead of the Contemporary lot so they wouldn't have to worry about moving the car after they eat?

The MK doesn't have a parking lot. You have to park at TTC. From TTC you could take the monorail to CR to eat at Chef Mickey's. After eating, you could walk to MK. After your day at MK, either boat or monorail back to TTC.

Yes, I know people park at the TTC lot. That lot is used for MK guests. I know. I just want to know what time it's open and what time the monorail starts running.
