MK morning extra magic hour entry queue

How are the lines to get into MK on an early extra magic hour typically?
Forgive the silliness...I'm leaving for my trip on Thursday, so of course I'm just sitting here at work loosely planning my days. I turn 40 on Friday!
We arrive really early in the day on Thursday and I have a very full day planned, so I do not intend to drag my husband out of bed to go to the extra magic hour at MK on Friday morning. I've never done an extra magic hour in the AM, or been at the park upon opening.
However, I'm usually up by 6:00am for work and planned to go for a run Friday morning...we're staying at the Contemporary. Theoretically, I could do my run, walk to MK and be there by 7:45 when they let folks onto main street. I'm not scrambling to get onto any rides...I just want to get a coffee and maybe get a main street photo to commemorate the start of my new decade. I'm just wondering how long it takes to get into the park. I wouldn't have a bag with me. I've never seen it backed up and I've never really had to wait, but maybe it's different first thing in the morning. I wouldn't want to be there too too long so I could get back to the room, shower, load up on Mickey waffles and then head back to the park later in the morning.

I turn 40-something on friday too!!! We don't arrive until Sunday though, so I won't get to spend my actual birthday there. But it's close enough!

Coming from the Contemporary, you will have your own security checkpoint (separate from the rest of the masses!). So, that line shouldn't be too long. Your longest line will probably be at Starbucks (if that's where you get your coffee)!

There is security in the walk way to the Magic Kingdom from the Contemporary. It might have some line, but not nearly has crowded or backed up as the main security at MK.

I can probably wait until I get back to the Contemporary for coffee if the Starbucks line is too bonkers. I mostly just want to experience the park early morning for a few minutes by myself. Maaaaaybe ride it's a small world if there's no wait.
