WELCOME HOME PJ!!!!!

and

Congratulations on the job!!!!!!!!

How cool is that? :)
Off to TR land now :hippie:

You're such a tease, Blue. Here but not really here. Thanks. I'm pretty excited. Still a little nervous though. I didn't think I'd ever really stay and now that I have a job I guess I'm staying! :scared1: Speaking of trip reports I need to catch up on your pre trip report. Talk to you tonight hopefully.

I just got back from my interview and...I got a job!!! :woohoo: I am going to be a hostess at Chef Mickey's.
That's great news PJ! Did you tell them you need to come in late and leave early so that you'll have plenty of time for DISing and that you need to be paid lots and lots of money so that you can afford to eat at the restaurants on property all the time?

Whew. Rob now sees another benefit to the kids being too old for the character meals at Chef Mickey's. :rotfl:

I see it now. Chef Mickey's how cool!

We couldn't get in last time. Now I have an "in".

I obviously missed something since yesterday..PJ got a job? Where? Congrats.
It's on the same page you posted on Tiff! Post #3957.

I'm thinking you DO need a holiday!

-- Rob

That's true! Us Nuts no longer have to make ADR's. :rotfl2:

Well, I am a nut, maybe not a "mixed nut", but A nut, just the same. ;)

But I knew PJ back when she was still just a skank. WAAAYYY before she made it to trollop status. :lmao: :lmao:

Yes, I told them I can only work 3 hours per day because the rest of the time is reserved for DISing and I also mentioned that I will need to be paid upwards of $50/hour. Seems fair to me. And no one is ever too old for a character meal.

We'll just see about that. ;)

Hey, this is new, you making fun of someone else for a change! I like it!

Yeah, you just see what happens if you just show up with no ADR. Heck, even if YOU do have an ADR I'm seating you as far from the buffet in the worst seat possible.

I am still skank-a-licious, beotch.

You know what a new job means...

DRINKS ARE ON YOU! :woohoo:

Well, that's not a problem since around here all you have to do is post a picture of a drink.

In other news...I just heard from Elisabeth and she's still in New Mexico and today is her DD's competition.

Hey! I've always been an equal opportunity flirter/maker-fun-of'er. It's just that some people are more easily made fun of than others. :rolleyes1

I've, um, heard that about PJ.

Guess that's better than being in "real" Mexico and getting lost in Tijuana...

I am SO going to rag Louise about that next time I see her. And not even getting some decent pharmaceuticals...

Yes, you're right, Roberto, you are easily made fun of. I just don't engage in such activities.:snooty:

I've, um, heard that about PJ.

Yes, everything you've heard about me is true. Bwahaha!

Yes, um, she posted that on the previous page -- you know, the same one you posted on. :sad2: See? Equal opportunity for all. ;)

Right, sure you don't. Ok, I'd never heard PJ was a liar before but I guess we now need to add that to the list.

So, does your employee status get you free admission to all of the parks? If so, maybe you can get your sweet, um, self over to Animal Kingdom to ask the monkey lady your question and we won't have to wait until February for an answer.

Disney Trip Planning Captain's Log, Stardate 123456.7.

Why We Will Be Staying on Property and Using Disney Transportation Instead of Staying Off Property and Letting Louise Rent a Car.

Louise just got back from a trip to San Diego, California, to visit her daughter. She rented a car. She noticed the sign that said, "Last Exit United States" just as she passed it. Well, she figured there would be a turn-around somewhere close. No such luck. She ended up lost in Tijuana. No checkpoint going in. After driving around for a while, she flagged down a cab driver who had her follow him back to the border. She had to wait in a line for an hour and then try to explain to the border guard what had happened and why she didn't have a passport. He rolled his eyes and told her to go.

Gotta love Louise. Things like this only happen to her.

My question is, though - why the heck didn't she stop for a t-shirt? Or "other" souvenirs...? :rolleyes1

What she should have done is contact her Senator and tell them. That is inexcusable right now. And, they wonder why we have problems here. Where didn't they have a check point where there was a drivable road to Mexico?
BTW, you don't need a passport yet to drive into Mexico, but you do need a BC and DL. Sounds crazy.

Congratulations PJ!!!

I'll be sending you some ear plugs lol

Okay, Mr. Phoenix, she posted that at like 1 in the morning. Seeing as how she's travelling all over out West who's to say she wasn't getting up this morning and heading somewhere else?

Right, sure you don't. Ok, I'd never heard PJ was a liar before but I guess we now need to add that to the list.

*SLAP* (thanks for teaching me that asterix thing btw)

I already have an annual pass but as soon as I start working which is on Monday I will have an employee pass too. You're a big bully though so I'm not asking any monkey questions for you.

Hi Cheryl.
