Ok now see I never grew up with any problems of spinning or motion rides, but what I think would get someone with those rides is if they feel them spinning. I gotta say that you really don't feel at all like you are spinning. It might sound wierd because it is twirling around pretty quickly to get those G forces, but I can't feel a thing and I have been on it 4 times (still think it is a mediocre ride). See when the ride starts, you are so focused on watching the screen that that takes your mind off part of the problem. Secondly you can't feel the spinning. That was probably Disney's motive because them it wouldn't be like you are lifting off into space would it. Third is the loud sounds and shaking as the ship blasts off does a good job of taking your mind off it too. After that there are little boosts and spinning throughout the ride, but not as strong as the first launch. The directions tell you to not look from side to side. Keep your head firmly against the head rest, don't close your eyes even if you start feeling naucus (how's my spelling lol). I don't know, I think the people who threw up on the ride could have done something wrong and the people who felt naucus know now that it is to much for them. Just go on the ride before lunch or dinner and concentrate on the ride rather than the spinning. I know that is easier said then done but it is good to follow that. Hope I could help.
