Has anyone seen this: We have an accom/ticket/meal plan package booked and fully paid for my daughter, husband and I in May. We also have DAH tickets paid for. Sometime in the past two days, all of his tickets have disappeared. We also can't modify his FPs or create new ones that include him as according to Disney he has no tickets. He still shows as having existing FPs. He also has no tickets when he logs in using his ID. We've both logged in using the app and on a desktop, including in private modes. Dining is ok, his magic band order is still there, likewise his name on the accommodation booking.

Does this look like a call to the Disney Customer IT help desk, has anyone seen this before?

1. Does this look like a call to the Disney Customer IT help desk,
2. has anyone seen this before?
1. It can be, if it doesn't "fix itself" in a day, or so.

2.
