I made my ADRs for next week several months ago via phone. Later I added a couple online. Now when I went to check them and cancel one of the phone-made reservations, only the ones made online show up. Are the confirmation numbers not interchangeable? Will I have to call to cancel one that I made over the phone?
I had some confusion viewing ADRs online (some made by phone and some online). When I called to inquire, I found out that I had ADRs under two different phone numbers. I apparently entered my home phone for some reservations and my cell phone for others. The ADRs made by phone were also under my home number. Maybe that happened with yours?
