Missing Disney World and Disney Store Patch on Plushies

Hello

On my families recent trip to Disney World, I noticed all the plushies now do not have the circular patch on them anymore stating they were officially from Disney World. I also recently noticed they are starting to phase out the Disney Store patches as well. Does anyone know anything about this? I'm guessing its to save on costs in making the plushes as well as being able to sell them in both the store and the parks.
