We have a new Food Service company this year for our schools (Sodexo?) and on their menu they list "Minnie Mouse Salad" as the salad option for Friday.
I find it very unlikely that I would want to eat anything called "Minnie Mouse Salad" outside of Disney property. Further I can NOT believe that a food service company would use the word MOUSE in the name/description of any food they serve!
Of course there is also the question of "are they legally allowed to call something they serve by the name of a Disney licensed character?" but that isn't my problem.
Mostly I am just dying to know: WHAT THE HECK IS IN A MINNIE MOUSE SALAD??? Anyone else familiar with this company and know what it is? Otherwise we will have to wait and see if I have time on Friday to get to the cafeteria and find out!
