Minnie and HS Magic of Animation Building?

Does Minnie always meet in the Magic of Animation building at Hollywood Studios and if so-is she there most of the day? What dress does she wear for this meet and greet? Thanks for any answers I have a Minnie fan that wants to try and take photos with her in a few different outfits

Minnie is there from 10:00 - 7:30 on a daily basis. In the most recent pictures, she's been wearing her classic red with white Polka dots dress.
