I'm not sure if anyone is interested, but I thought I'd take a little break from my PJ to post about my visit to Club 33.
For those who don't know what Club 33 is, it's a private, members-only club inside
Disneyland. It's also the only place inside Disneyland where you can buy BOOZE!

If you want to read more about Club 33, here's the wikipedia page:

This was my fourth visit to Club 33 but my first with a digital camera, so this is the first time I really documented EVERYTHING!
Our reservation was for 8:45pm and we got to the park around 5pm, leaving home as soon as the Daytona 500 ended. Priorities!
When we got to the park, DF and I FINALLY got a picture together at the proposal spot! And the Valentine's decorations were still up, yaaay!
We had a small snack (split a chowder bread bowl) and rode a couple rides, then spent time in the Golden Horseshoe keeping warm and watching the show until our reservation time.
The entrance to Club 33 is just a plain door. You would never even notice it unless you were looking for it.
Our friend Christian buzzed us in as the reservation was under his name. A co-worker has a friend with a membership and got us the reservation. Once inside we waited in the lobby while the door person calls up to announce our arrival. Then it's up the stairs (the elevator wasn't working) to the club.
We were shown to our table and given our menus. I should have taken a picture of the menus!!! I was too busy taking pictures of everything else.
Perusing the menu. I look rather ghastly in this photo.
fancy napkins.
Charger. After you order they take this plate away, so it's just for show.
Fantasmic was going on, so we went out onto the balcony to take some pics. But you can't really see the Rivers of America because trees are in the way! So I did the best I could.
That orange is the Columbia passing by during the Peter Pan part.
The best part about Club 33 is seeing Disneyland, and the pathways I have walked hundreds of times, from a different angle.
View of where Pirates lets out and Blue Bayou (which was closed by that time).
The entrance to Club 33 from the window of the club!
We got back to our table just in time for the food to start arriving.
I love Cosmos so I decided to see how Disney made theirs. It was the best Cosmo I've ever had (well, the best two Cosmos I've ever had).
For the starter, I got the Butternut Squash Bisque which was amazing.
DF got the Field Greens salad.
For the main course all four of us got the Filet of Chateaubriand, which apparently is a fancy name for Filet Mignon. It came with mashed potatoes and a cabernet reduction sauce.
Sorry the pictures of the food aren't so great, but when I used the flash it wiped everything out.
The filet was delicious and melted in your mouth.
After our plates were cleared, the server brought over a birthday dessert for Christian.
After we all shared the free dessert, our waiter came back and announced the paid dessert menu. There were four dessert options and they all sounded amazing. Our friend Heather got the creme brulee and it was great. DF got a tart, I think it was pear and blueberry, which came with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I got the apple brown betty, which came with a scoop of ice cream and a shot of cognac and some kind of cream to pour over the dessert. This was the hands down the best dessert I've ever had in my life. Too bad I was so stuffed I could only eat half of it.
After paying the bill we rolled ourselves over to the souvenir cabinet and spent a few more dollars. I bought a cute scarf, but failed to take a picture of it.
We took a few pictures in the hall while waiting for our swag to come out.
And you can't leave Club 33 without visiting the ladies lounge and taking a few pictures of yourself in the mirror!
At around 11:30, we sadly made our way back down the stairs and back out to reality.
So that's my trip report! I am certainly blessed to have been able to visit Club 33 four times, but I certainly hope it's not the last. It really is a magical place.
