I'm doing the happy dance tonight, because my Save the Date pages arrived and they look GREAT! Ladies, if you ever need anything printed, I HIGHLY recommend DocuCopies.com. My prints look exactly like they do on my computer. Once I placed the order online I put in a quick phone call and explained how they should be printed (File 1 on the back of File 2, and facing the same way so it can be folded like a book). This saved me so much money verses going to a place like Kinkos. Now I just have to design the cover, buy cardstock, print the covers, assemble, and adhere the magnet. Whew! Luckily DF said he would help.

Oooooh, purty. Although, I despise tulle. I tried on a similar VW DB dress and I felt quite ridiculous.

June 22 isn't that far away! I can't see what else will be coming out. I knew there was going to be a bridesmaids line but I didn't know there would be new bridal gowns. Yay!

I Don't know...I think the dress looks beautiful on you. It's very Here I am, and I am a Princess. Though I understand your feelings on tulle, I personally love it on wedding dresses but really am not fond of it on myself. Eitherway I like the dress it's unique.

Thanks! I really loved the top, but the skirt was just .... extreme. I am not a dress person as it is, so putting this on overwhelmed me. Although my friend joked that we could snuggle my cat into the wedding ceremony by hiding her in my skirt, hahahaha.

I love your fabric flower bouquet idea! The trial one came out amazing. I think it will look fabulous and then you will have it forever. My bouquet started wilting the first day I had it, lol.

Oh and the dresses on the page before this I love so much. I think I like the second style better, It would really stand out in pictures and look so unique and memorable!

Today I tried on MOAR dresses, this time with my mother. SPOILER ALERT: I didn't find my dress. But here's what I tried on.

1. Casablanca - 1869

This was a sample dress and I just fell in love with the pattern. And then I put it on was like, um no. My hips looked ginormous.

ta-da! Hard to tell but there are little pink flowers in the beading. It was also hard to breathe in this dress.

2. Maggie Sottero - Mystic.

Another sample. I really liked this one. I thought the scalloped neckline was very pretty and flattering.

3. Maggie Sottero – Reema

Another sample. This was the frontrunner today. You can’t tell from the pictures but the bodice is sooooooo sparkly. BUT it was just so ….. white.

I really loved it when I first put it on but then when I came out to the mirrors, LOOK! CLINCHED FISTS! I liked it less and less the longer I wore it (it’s supposed to be the other way around, right?) I could tell the sale consultant really thought she was going to have a sale. She asked if I was planning on wearing a veil, and I said no. So she decided to “jack me up” by putting on a bracelet. Here’s what I thought of that:

4. Maggie Sottero – Edith

This one also had little pink flowers. But again … so white.

She tried to appease me by showing how it would look in a halter. Nope.

5. Maggie Sottero – Naomi

YAY, a non-white dress! My beloved alabaster. I really liked it. (My mom notes say this exactly, “you really liked it” which is mom speak for, “I don’t like this dress.” Haha) I liked it, but it wasn’t as flattering as some of the previous dresses I tried, but turns out I really like the top of the dress, which I wasn’t expecting, so I learned something new about myself today.

6. Don’t remember

I didn’t write down the name of this dress because it was a big fat NOPE. The shape was all funky. Yeah.

7. WToo – Zhanna

I liked this dress a lot. I liked the belt and the ruffles at the bottom. But, I felt the bodice was a bit odd.

8. Maggie Sottero – JSM1063

Another dress with pink flowers (my consultant was awesome about finding every dress in the store with some pink in it). Pretty, but, the A-line style put me to sleep …. Zzzzzzz

I’m smiling in this photo because I know this is the last dress I have to try on.

So what does everyone think? All these dresses are pretty, so what’s my problem. Am I going to be that bride who is IMPOSSIBLE to please???? Ugh.

But I have to agree with Dee, I love Mystic on you the most! Edith isn't bad either. Do any of the dresses actually come in the pink?? I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you. The first one by Casablanca really doesn't make you look wide at all.. I think you look super feminine in that.

I just totally and a lightbulb go off in my head.. on the show Say Yes to the Dress they ALWAYS have this one dress that's pink with these gorgeous pink flowers and vines and stuff.. I think that's something you'd look STUNNING in. But I just don't know the designer. Wah.

I know the dress you're talking about! But ... I've always thought it kinda looks like curtains, haha. I SWEAR I am impossible to please. I love the sleeves on Reema also, that's what drew me to the dress initially!

I'm actually surprised so many of you like Mystic.
