Milesource problems

Seems I can only get 9 miles this morning. I am being told that either I have already visited the site or that there is a problem with milesource right now.

I should have known that there was going to be a problem, when I logged on it said that I have 0 miles...instant stomach turn.

Anyone lese having a problem?

I can't do anything. I keep getting an error message that says: "We're sorry, an error has occured while trying to process your request. We were unable to retrieve some of the information requested within this page. Please check any information you may have provided and try again."

I see they have a new survey for 2 points. Mine is checked off as if I did it - but I didn't.

At least I have all my miles.

my experience was the same including the survey. i requested "help" over an hour ago, was told they would get back with me but have not seen anything. earlier this week i was spammed big time while on milesource click fix new casino. it locked up my whole computer and even changed my favorites on my internet access (added some dirty sites too.) changed my default web page as well. I wonder if they have a naughty new subscriber. i advised them via help but they did not think it was a problem.

DS had a problem earlier this morning, he switched to IE and everything straightened out.

I was on milesource this morning & it was VERY slow. It seems to be better now - no problems with getting points, but it is a little slow still. Good Luck!
