I ordered a GC back in Feb and have not recieved it. I have e-mailed them about this with nothing more than an auto response has any one else had problems with them?
 
Their customer service is horrible! You would probably have more luck if you phone them. I got this number from another board. It's a toll call but you will actually get thru to someone (or at least their voicemail).

I just received my GC from milesource on Friday. I had ordered it in March, so you should have received yours by now.
 
I just cashed out for a GC from them, & so far nothing. The confirmation page says I should receive a confirmation email within 24 hrs. No email! :mad: I haven't gotten any emails on Lucky 7 or Trivia results either. I have emailed them several times with no response, not even an autoresponse. I've even checked my bulk mail. Of course, the points were taken out of my account right away! I am going to have to try that phone #. Let us know if you hear anything more from them.
 

I cashed out in March, and got my GC the end of April. I did email them once to say I was waiting for it, and shortly after that it came in an email. Could you have deleted it by mistake!
