Mid March...weather...crowds...

I am trying to plan an Xmas present to myself with a trip to WDW in March. Well, its kind of from my husband because my Xmas present to him is letting him get a new computer so we're just trying to be fair here!

I am thinking about going either the 13th to the 19th or the 20th to the 26th. I know Easter is April 11th this year and I am trying to go when the crowds are as reasonable as possible.

Do you think one week would be better over another given the fact that Easter is so late and that seems it is usually when the kids have their breaks and I know WDW is PACKED?

Anyone who has been at this time give me any insight? I have been early March but never mid.

We have gone once in March, towards the end of the month. I was kinda freaked about Spring Break but the crowds were very managable. The weather was very rainy that week but we just got out our rain ponchos & umbrellas. Temps were perfect for us. We weren't cold or hot.

I think either week you are thinking of will be okay. But I'm sure someone will have more thoughts.

FYI

There is a cheerleading competition the weekend of the 13th. My daughter's team is going March 11-16. So if you want to avoid the cheerleading crowd you might want to pick the other week.
