Is there any way to have a calender in Outlook Shortcuts and My shortcuts. If so, can someone please tell me how to do it?

Thank You!!

I don't use shortcuts, but I do use Outlook. Here's what I found in the help file. Hope it helps.

Create a shortcut on the Outlook Bar
On the Outlook Bar, click the group you want to add the shortcut to.

On the Outlook Bar, right-click the background of the group where you want to add the shortcut, and then click Outlook Bar Shortcut on the shortcut menu.

Choose the folder you want to add to the Outlook Bar.
To view folders from your hard disk, click Look in and choose File System.

Do you mean your own calendar? If so, you should be able to just click on the icon in the folder list (click VIEW,Folder List if you need to) and drag it to either Outlook shortcuts or My Shortcuts.

What I do is view the folder list
Find the calendar.

Right click on it.

Say "Add to outlook bar"

It will show up in "My shortcuts".

If you want to drag it to Outlook Shortcuts so it's there instead of My shortcuts, click it in My shortcuts and while holding the mouse button down, drag up to the Outlook Shortcuts bar and that will open the Outlook Shortcuts area, then drag the item down to where you want to put it.

I haven't tested this, but you could probably repeat the process to get a second link in My Shortcuts once you've moved the link to the Outlook Shortcuts.

Is that what you meant?
