My husband and I are taking my sister, brother-in-law and their 2 kids for a trip on DVC points in January. My niece and nephew do not know yet...it will be a surprise on Christmas morning! We have tried to get them to go for about 2 years now and they are finally coming with us!

My niece was watching tv with my mom the other day and saw the WDW commercial announcing it was Mickey's 75th Birthday!

With a worried look on her face she tells my Mom that they better hurry up and get to WDW before Mickey retires! Is that not the most hilarious thing ever? If only she knew!

I am certain that my niece hears everyone discuss whether or not her Grandpa is going to retire soon.

She knows her Grandpa turns 55 this year and she must think whoa, Mickey is on his last legs! Let's get down there in a hurry, the old mouse is 75!

I am going to try and get them Mickey Ears to wrap up with their tickets. Their Grandma and Grandpa are buying their airline and park tickets so I thought it would be neat to wrap those all up together as the last gift on Christmas morning!

I will have to tell her that mice don't retire after she opens that gift!
