So here's my story...I'm a 22 year old college graduate with an awesome family and boyfriend. I'm technically obese however I have a larger frame therefore I will never be "skinny" persay. I've decided to get myself healthy and more in shape. I'm currently around 220 pounds and would like to get myself down to 135. My mom and I are planning on going to Disney in January of 2010 and we are hoping to take my boyfriend along. I have set a goal of getting down to 150 pounds by that trip. I feel as though that will help me feel more comfortable on rides and walking around as well as looking thinner in pictures. It's been really difficult lately because my boyfriend had been visiting (we don't live in the same area). See, he has a super fast metabolism (grrr, I'm so jealous) and eats all the time. How is this a problem? Well, you see, whenever he eats (which is ALL the time), I have to eat something. That's going to have to stop.

I'm going to start eating better tomorrow morning. I have already set myself out a serving of cinnamon pecan Special K. I don't normally eat breakfast but my mom always tells me that eating breakfast will help me lose weight because it gets my metabolism going early in the day. Being a biology major, I would say that she is right about that. Shhh, don't tell her that. Let's just see if I wake up early enough to eat breakfast...

Today was not a good day. It started off so good, but tonight I just couldn't stop eating things. I never had a lot at once, but I just kept snacking on things throughout the evening. I didn't work out either because I'm just feeling lazy tonight. Tomorrow has got to be a better day.
