I clicked on the ebay link but nothing comes up, I'm just wondering if there are any other
ways to get the shirt

The post you quoted is from 6 1/2 years ago and the next post (which is also from 6 1/2 years ago) is from the ebay seller saying that they're not available any more. I'd say you're out of luck.
