Hi. I didn't know exactly where to post this question but since I got this in the MK I thought I'd put it here.

I am looking for Mickey "Confetti" or "Pixie Dust". About 4 years ago as we were leaving MK we stopped to talk to one of the greeters - a very nice older gentleman. As we were saying goodbye he told me to hold out my hand and in it he placed a handful of this Mickey Pixie Dust. They are multi-colored Mickey icons (heads).

Does anyone know where to get these? I have searched high and low, have been back to WDW twice since and can't find them - even emailed the mailorder website to no luck. Please help!:(

you should check out over on the crafts board. i bet someone there would know. i know i have seen some but i cannot remember where.

Ask someone at the gates at MK. They use it every morning when they open the park.

Oooh if you find out, please post it here, I'd love to put these in cards and things!!

I purchased a small mickey head punch and make my own. Probably a lot cheaper in the long run.

I'm going to keep looking but in the mean time, if someone finds them please let me know. They were so cute and i kept them in my wallet (changepurse) so I saw them everytime but they have now diminished to about 3 ;)

Thanks for posting replys guys and keep me "posted" on the Mickey Confetti! :)

Okay, if I am REALLY lazy, if anyone finds where we can buy a bag of confetti already done, that would be incredible.

I know I have seen Micky heads in flourescent colors from Gifts of a Lifetime. I may have to contact Jane.

UPDATE: Nope, Gifts of a Lifetime does NOT sale cofetti :(

Have your birthday breakfast at Cindys. They place little streamers and the confetti on the table when you sit down! Otherwise, the punch thing is a great idea!:D

For my b-day breakfast at Crystal Palace, they also sprinkled Mickey confetti all over the table. I scooped it all into an empty film canister. Last year, when ds had his hair "dyed" at the Main Street Barber Shop, they sprinkled a ton of it in his hair. I added whatever fell off to my canister! LOL

I think they also toss it at the end of the mid-day parade at MK. It's always all over the ground by the horse barn. ;)

Don't laugh...but during 2000 trip...DH & I scooped multi-colored Mickey confetti off the ground after the afternoon parade. :D (We happened to find it near City Hall on the ground many hours have the parade.)

I've used it in several places in my scrapbook.

I don't feel so bad that I scooped all of the confetti off of the table at Cindy's!!!!:D

We had my 8yo DD's 6th Bday at Cindys & the table had the Mickey Confetti. She also scooped up whatever she found. I wasn't thrilled but so thankful becuase I used it for the scrapbook and I've found that they don't sell that Confetti. It is only used by CM's for parades, b-days etc.

It is worth scooping up or the other alternative is to make it.

I want some too!! :teeth: I "confetti" all my cards.

I know they used it in the barbershop too............and there was some on the tables at Columia Harbour House for the Keys to the Kingdom tour lunch.

I have not found it in any of the party or craft stores around me.

I bought about 5 bags of silver Mickey confetti for my wedding last April. It came straight from Franco's Studio (the Disney wedding store on Disney grounds right beside the wedding pavillion) They are by appointment only, but I called to order wedding stuff from them.

They are EXTREMELLY expensive, so when it came time to make our wedding scrapbook - I ordered them homemade ones from ebay instead...they are not as good of a quality as the Disney ones - but for putting them in cards, they are just fine...here is a link for those asking...

BTW - we had dinner at Cinderella Castle on our honeymoon - we got the multi-color confetti also (and had NO problem scooping it up...lol)

I had to laugh at this post! I've wanted the confetti for the longest time and the only way I have EVER gotten any...is too pick it up after the parade! LOL...I felt like such a scavenger!...

I do have the whole punch which is cute but it just isn't...the real thing! LOL

We were crawling around near City Hall for ours in 2000. :) I treasure every one.

I found a punch at our local craft store and have been using it on a limited basis. My 3 1/2 year old son discovered it and my sticky notes in my desk drawer. He made tons of confetti while I thought he was napping. :) The sticky edges of the notes make removable confetti. Fun for crafts and notes for mommy.

Welcome Tamazon19 to the DIS!

Your son sounds too cute!...sticky mickeys!...

Ok, I got most of my confetti from Tony's Town Square Restaurant. I have a great server last time and when I saw it in the Bill holder, I asked for more and got it!! They had a huge thing of is behind the desk where you check in.
