I've read about the now famous (at least on here) baggallini messenger bag, but have never purchased one. I've always been happy with my small backpack. Last trip I got tired though of having to take it off everytime I need my pass or money.

Question: Is the pocket on the baggallini's strap big enough to hold my room cards, without it being a struggle to get them in or out? How about some cash too?

Also, is this bag easy to get into if you bring it to the front (under your left arm)?

I used the pocket on the strap to hold my cell phone so I could hear it ring. Your key card would fit also. I took about 3 bags with me and ended up using the baggalinni the most b/c it would hold the most and was the most convenient to use.

I just ordered the Baggallini from Shoebuy.com today. I'll let you know when I get it. If you want to order one they have 20% off today only.

I also use it for my cell phone. You shouldn't have any trouble using it for your room key and cash.

As other pps mentioned, a cell phone works great and also cards/cash work well too... I love my Baggallini and have not used a backpack since. I hope you like it and it works for you!

Ok, not to highjack this thread but I have a Bagallini question. Do you prefer the crinkle or rip stop more? I'm going to be ordering mine pretty soon so just wanted opinions from others. :thumbsup2

I prefer the crinkle nylon. I think it just has a nicer, more durable feel to it than the rip stop.

Well, I took the plunge and ordered a red rip-stop one last night. Hope it arrives before we leave!

I found a 'code' for $10.00 off at bagsbuy on another thread (save10). I signed up with them and got an additional 10% off and FREE shipping bringing my bag to only $19.30 total!! Can't go wrong for that price...and I can always return it for free if I don't like it.

Thanks all for your input. :goodvibes

I bought mine on ebay for $23.00 plus $7.00 shipping. I hope that was a good deal.

I have never heard of this bag! I usually take a backpack with me. Its such a pain to get things in and out of it! Is this bag more compact? Can I fit some diapers and wipes in it! We won't be going to WDW til next year and my youngest will be 2 and probably still in diapers. I also take a small first aid kit with me. Will it fit that too?

I actually used my bagallini as my diaper bag when we got back from Disney. But, yes, it's large enough to fit diapers, wipes, sunscreen, sippy cups, tickets, phones, cash, camera, autograph books, first aid kit, hand sanitizer, wipes, straws and you really don't want to know what else I can shove in there for a trip :)

We keep our cash/tickets/credit card in the front pocket area where the organizer is, and the cell phone in the pocket on the strap. Very easy to get to any of them

I haven't received mine yet but by the dimensions I'd say they would. For several years now I've read all the great reviews on here about this bag. Everyone talks about all the stuff they can pack into it. And I'm with you about getting tired of always having to take the backpack off to get something. :crazy2:

Dimensions: 13High x 10Long across the bottom x 4 Deep (I call it width)

I always get my measuring stick out and draw a box when I read bag dimensions as I have a hard time imagining it. Or I get a bag I already have and compare the measurments to get an idea if it's the size I need.

If you go to ebags or bagsbuy and put in Baggallini Messenger you should be able to see it.

I bought my messenger bag for an upcoming trip to Europe, but I ended up using it on a day to day basis! I have 3 kids so it is great to put across your shoulder to have your hands free. I use the back pouch in the bag for my diaper bag. I have lots of room, and it is so NOT heavy. I hope you enjoy your bag as much as I love mine! :flower3:

Can you post a link for this bag, and the discount code? I'm seeing dozens of messenger bags for them. Thanks!

I don't know if this will work for you, or how to put in the photo of the bag.
At checkout I put in the code "save10" and it took off $10.00. Also, I signed up as a customer, as opposed to "guest", and got an additional 10% off...and free shipping! The bag started at $31.45 and I brought it down to $19.30!

The $10 off code should work on any of the bags, in case you prefer a different fabric. I just wanted my first one to be in expensive.

Hey don't want to worry you but it does seem to take about two weeks to get so going by your dates it will be close but hopefully it will get there! :) Mainly wanted to post this so if anyone is on the fence about ordering one and their trip is coming up order ASAP!

I noticed you are the same dates as my family maybe we'll pass each other on the way to the bus :thumbsup2

I just bought this to make the strap more comfortable on my shoulder, plus it prevents slippage...

I got mine from Amazon:

I used the strap pouch on the baggallini for my room keys, tickets and fastpasses and all fitin just fine! My cell phone (blackberry curve) is too big for the pocket, but the small cards fit perfectly. For those who are wondering, it would have also fit cash while folded. I used mine for a long time after returning home. I loved having everything organized and easy to reach! Hope you get your new bag in time and have a great trip!
