In addition to PP's comments, I will warn you that the assembly directions given go very fast. I guess it's the pastry chef walking you through it- he can do it very quickly and we were racing to keep up. As soon as the session ends, they rush you out - finished or not. There will be another session they need to set up for.
I will also add that the frosting holding the pieces together has no time to dry so your "house" will not be very structurally sound. Ours has a significant lean by the time it got to our stateroom. But it still tasted and smelled yummy!
