I am hoping someone can help me.A friend of mine just got back from WDW and purchased this gorgeous sweatshirt that I just have to have It is a white zippered hoodie with Mickey and Walt standing on Main St,says Main St.USA.If there are any MK cast members reading this could you PM the sku # to me,so I could call Merchandise hotline.Any help will be greatly appreciated

Brad is right. They can search on description. DS fell in love with a Donald shirt (Philharmagic) and talked about it constantly after I returned. I called to order something else and had the CM search for it (on a whim). She found it, based on my description. I wasn't sure what it looked like--just went by what DS said it looked like. It arrived and DS said, "I told you!!!" He was excited--it was the very shirt he'd seen. So, if they can match something described by a four-year-old boy, they should be able to find yours.

they have images on screen of each item as well. and although they sell out of their own inventory, they can tell you where the item is sold throughout the resort.
