I've read some threads on memory maker and have been to MDE read and watched a video but my questions wasn't addressed so I hope someone will have my answer. Many trips ago we had photopass and made a small book but I don't remember the details of the making of the book. For the cost it includes the book of photos you make ? There isn't a charge after so many pages? I just don't remember and don't know of changes. Also I see now you can add the ride pics and the restaurants too. Even if I get a photo package like at CRT it would go onto memory maker too?

A photo book will be an extra charge. Don't know about the charge per page. Restaurants that take pictures will be on the memory maker.

So what are you getting when you purchase memory maker? Back a few trips ago we went used photopass had pictures taken came home looked at pics and made the album then it showed up in the mail. I thought it would be the same just name changed and a few tweeks. I guess I don't need memory maker then. Thanks

You get the downloads of all pictures you get taken by PhotoPass photographers, as well as ride and dining photos. The photo book is still available - it starts at $79.95, has up to 60 pages, and can have up to 4 photos per page.

Memory Maker is the current equivalent of Photopass+, the biggest difference being Photopass+ entitled you to a CD/DVD with all your pictures on it it, Memory Maker is just downloads. Photopass as a service still exists, that is where the photographers take your pictures in the parks, and you can then order them online. If you purchase Memory Maker you are entitled to a digital copy of every picture and edit you get while in the park. You can then take the downloaded pictures to whatever service you want to have prints or other photo gifts made. So you could still do the photo book through Photopass, or your could do Memory Maker, and then take your pictures to Shutterfly or Walmart or whatever and make the book there.
