Memory Maker question

So I was thinking of buying. But...daughter and boyfriend will be at parks May 2. 4 and 6. Husband and I will be there with them on May 4. Then husband and I will be in parks again on May 9 and 11.
If I buy, will all of us be included? Or do we need to buy it twice?
How does this thing work? LOL and thank you.

You all can share it, but only one person will be able to download all of them. You will just need to change the settings to be able to share with them.

Answer above is correct. Also, make sure you are all linked as Friends and Family in MDE so everyone's photos will show up in the MemoryMaker holder's account.

When you say link as family and friends, do you mean as long as they are in my list? I'm not managing daughters plans...

After the photo is taken the photographer scans either a Magic band, card or phone to link that photo to your MDE account. If only you and your daughter will be the ones "scanned" then you are good. BUT if you think at some point another member of your party might be the one "scanned" to take ownership of the photo then that person will also need to be part of your Family and Friends list if you want to be able to see/download photos for everyone. For example, I am linked to Friend A. He and his family went to WDW shortly after us. I could view all Friend A photos that he owned but could not view his wife's photos that she owned because she was not linked in my Friends and Family list. Does that make sense?

Correct, DO NOT manage the plans of another adult (ever, for many reasons).

I've had the most luck if every person links to every other person via family and friends.

In the above scenario they don’t need to purchase memory maker again because of the gap between May 6 and May 9?

Right. Just make sure it's really them.

If I link a reservation for two with myself and Jane Smith, it's going to show a generic Jane Smith as someone I have plans with, even if I never added her to Friends & Family. That's different than linking to my friend, Jane Smith, using her email address. You can usually tell the difference because a linked profile will show the person's profile picture they've chosen.
