Memory Maker pics not showing up

I have seen many posts about people having their pictures "found" that didn't show up. Who do you call???

You can call them at 407-560-4300, or fill out an online form. https://mydisneyphotopass.disney.go.com/help-and-support/lost-media There's an option at the bottom to attach a picture of the people in the missing photo. We were missing a ride picture so we attached another ride photo from the same day. They were able to use that and the information we provided in the form to find our picture quickly. Good luck!

I was missed 4 photos and I called. The CM was awesome, super friendly, and called me back in 15 minutes to let me know they found all the photos and they were available immediately. I think they say the turnaround is a day just to be safe, but it seems like it's much much quicker.

Yes! I had to call because some of my magic shots and animated shots did not show up.. All I had to do was give them the dates and which park..., she was super nice and called me back and boom! They were all there!
