Memory maker/photo pass question

Not sure if anyone has had any experience with this situation but thought I'd check. I bought the FL resident seasonal AP just before the price went up so it changed to a silver pass. I then went on a family trip in November and just realized some photos are on my MDE app. I was planning on upgrading to the next level AP to get the free memory maker since we are going on a big family trip in January. If I am able to upgrade now do you think my photos from November would be included? I called and the CM wasn't sure, asked someone else who said no but I know they aren't always right.

A second idea- if I go on to my MDE and buy memory maker now (apart from the AP) to get the November pictures will I still be able to use the sand MM in January? I know it says good for 30 days but not sure if that is from the date of the pictures of the day you buy it.

There are really only 2-3 pictures from November I'd like so hate to pay a ton for them if I don't have to.

Thank you!

Not sure about the overall question, but I thought the 30 days was from the time you first access Memory Maker online.

There were people who upgraded to the new levels of APs from their existing old format APs. Several did report that photos that dated back to the start date of their original AP did appear in Photopass and were downloadable using the Photopass download entitlement that came with the AP. No idea if this is still the case, haven't read anything about it since shortly after the changes were announced

Memory Maker entitles you to 30 consecutive days of downloads of whatever photos are still valid in your account. So in theory you can get up to 75ish (I say ish because I never wait til the last day as they count a day as 24 hours from when it was taken, not the end of the day) days worth of pictures. Pictures taken on day one are valid until day 45. So if you do your first download on day 45, you can then do 30 more days of downloads. So any new pictures added during those 30 days can also be downloaded using that same Memory Maker entitlement making it last the 75 days.

Thank you! Now I have to decide if I should risk it with the upgraded AP. The price is the same, but I would have MM if we do another trip next year.

Just counted my days from the last pictures - I am on day 44 so I guess I better decide quickly!
