You can't do that if you want to edit and add the Disney borders/stickers.
You can download the originals but you'll need to download again after you do any edits

You can mass download them all as a zip, then go back and download individuals that you edit.

Yes, that's what many are saying they do. I thought you mean download them and then edit the download on your computer.

Sorry, I should have been more clear.
The 'faster' I was referring to was the going through and deleting duplicates. That's something that doesn't need to be done online

Same here--I had over 2500 pictures from our last trip with 55 people. No, not a photopass, but a group trip. Every time I logged on there was an issue. 2 Jedi Training Academys, 1 Mad Hatter Tea Party, every child feeling the need to scan their magic band after a ride--it adds up to a lot of pictures, and it's a 2 step process to delete individual pictures, and you can't delete more than one a at time. Trying to add a border sometimes takes up to 5 mins. for one picture. I REALLY wish they would get a more user friendly site.

At the very least it would be awesome if they allowed you to delete multiple pictures at once. One at a time takes soooooo long. And it never fails by pic number 3 it freezes on me and I have to close out and go back again.

If they would give us the borders & stickers to download to our computers, that would be SO much better. However, there is no reason that the site could not be "built" to sort in different ways, to multi delete, to filter duplicates, etc. On one trip, we had almost an entire elevator of our group on ToT. So we had nearly 20 copies of the same photo AND video, not to mention the 10 kids who thought they should scan their bands "just in case," giving us 30ish copies, which it literally takes nearly 30 mins. to delete.

Or something that is even easier, if you have time, go to the photo center at the park and have them take just your photos off those cards and put them on your account.

Because it will freeze every 2-3 photos if you do it yourself. It just takes a few hours after the attraction to be able to let the photo center handle it

Yes, a better sort would be so much better. The app does let you sort that way. You just can't do the edits on the app.

But I could deal with any of it if it just worked in a stable manner.

Only if you have an AP. If you just purchase the Memory Maker or pictures individually it's 45 days.

Thank you and yes I do have an AP but my husband mentioned they were all gone when he looked the other day. Our trip was the end of Feb. into March so I guess I will have to give them a call.

Why are y'all waiting till the last minute? 45 days is a long time.

Life happens. Once we get back from vacation, it's diving head first back into a *lot* of stuff that's going on at that time. I never intend to wait til the last minute, but it happened to us this year. We traveled in November. We got home and there was the craziness of visiting family for Thanksgiving, getting ready for the holidays, the holidays themselves, on top of our already packed weekly schedule...all of a sudden it was time for our pics to expire. We got it worked out, but it was definitely last minute even though that was never the intention. Sometimes life just happens.

Can you download pictures more than once. Let's say you download the photos and then decide you want to download them again to a 2nd PC for a backup? Or can you only download them once?

You can download as many times as you want from as many PCs as you want. The biggest problem, really, is that downloading (and everything else) is a 2 step process. First you "download." Then you have to go to downloads to actually download them. The download stay in the download folder for a number of days (7, maybe?) and it can get confusing if multiple people are downloading.
