Memory Maker free with package--question?

I booked our upcoming trip using the package discount that included the free Memory Maker. Am I correct that I read somewhere that we would receive the MM upon our arrival? Our paperwork arrived indicating that we do get the MM free, but there was no number to link to our Magic Bands. Will we be able to link it to them at check-in?

(On another note, I simply MUST tell someone because I'm about to burst. . .I FINALLY got a BOG dinner ressie thanks to a wonderful DISer who was cancelling!! DD will be SO surprised! Even better, that same DISer was able to grab the lunch BOG ressie that I released.)

I remember reading the same thing about MM being activated at check-in, but I can't find where I read it!

We also received the promo for our trip. I simply mentioned it at check in and was told it was activated and ready for use with the Magic Bands. Everything worked great for us!
