After finishing up in Morocco we made our way towards Italy. We had never really gone into the Italy area, but the girls were inspired by the beauty and decided it was time for a photo shoot! WARNING: You will now be subjected to many pictures of my family, but they were on a roll and I was not about to stop them!
Even I had to get in on the action. I have to get a photo of myself every now and then to prove that I was there!
I love Ava's Kool-aid moustache!
After we had our fill of modeling we went to get our Kim Possible assignment. We were given Japan, but we asked if we could receive a country in the other direction. They obliged us by assigning us to Germany. Erin and I did the mission while Stu and Ava found some shade. I have to say that I find these missions to be very enjoyable.
We decided that it was time for another snack. We went into the new caramel shop in Germany, but it was packed! We decided to get a snack at the Germany Food and Wine booth. We ordered a Sausage Roll and Apple Strudel. The CM that was working wished Erin an early Happy Birthday and gave her an Apple Strudel of her own, which I thought was very sweet. One of the guys asked Erin if she wanted them to sing Happy Birthday and she said yes. They all started clapping and singing while the CM that gave her the strudel said "What is this? Do you think we are working at Chilis?" It was absolutely hilarious.
The line was starting to form for Snow White, so we made our way in that direction. Stu ran to get a FP for Maelstrom while the girls and I made friends in line. The little girl behind us and Ava hit it off quickly. Soon they were all playing a game of Duck, Duck, Goose. It definitely helped them pass the time.
Snow White made her way out and she was very sweet. She even lifted her skirt to show Ava her shoes, because Ava just had to know what her shoes looked like. I am so in trouble with Ava and her love for shoes!
Here is Ava asking about her shoes.
My favorite princess.
We made our way to Mexico and took a spin on the Gran Fiesta Tour since our FP time wasn't quite up for Maelstrom. By the time we finished in Mexico it was time to head back to Norway. After finishing Maelstrom we had to get a couple of pictures in the gift shop. Erin just cracks me up!
We decided it was about time to make our way towards the exit. We decided to walk past Test Track to see what the wait time was. The single rider line was only 10 minutes, so Stu and Erin decided they would go in that line while Ava and I went on Spaceship Earth. As Ava and I were walking towards Spaceship Earth, Erin and Stu came running up. They told Erin that she was too young for the single rider line, so they couldn't do it. Does anyone know what the age limit is for the single rider line? I was kicking myself that we hadn't gotten a FP for TT before we left Future World that morning. Oh well, you can't think of everything!
As a family we all decided to ride Spaceship Earth before we headed out. It was a great way to end the day! We exited the turnstyles at 4:45. I think we got alot accomplished in our day at Epcot!
We ended up having dinner at Bahama Breeze, which was right next to our hotel. It was really good and the portions were HUGE! After stuffing ourselves we took a drive up to Universal so Stu and Erin would know where they were going in the morning and how long it would take them to get there.
We made our way back to the hotel and took the kids down for a swim. After chilling out for awhile we headed up to the room and had the kids in bed by 8. What a great day we had!
