Hi All,
My resale for BWV closed at the end of Aug. this year. When I booked my 1st trip Home in Sept., MS gave me my member number since no card had arrived yet. (I followed the advise on these boards to call and they could use my SS# to find me. Thanks!)
At the end of Oct. I emailed MS because still no card yet. They promptly sent a reply that they requested a new one for me. Great service from MS!
Good news, I received my card in mail yesterday. All is as expected, except that on the card it says I have been a member since 5/99 instead of 8/03. I wonder if all members who have purchased through resale have a date that I suspect may have been the original owners date of purchase?
I am not concerned about this because everything else on card is correct. I just wondered if this is the norm for members who purchased resales.
