Member Services Not Taking January 30 Reservations Yet

Despite what it says in the Member Guidelines, Member Services says that folks have to wait until March 5 to make reservations for January 30 checking out on January 31.

March 5th? Not March 1st? I was told to call back tomorrow when I called today trying to book for a check out date of 1/30/02.

I was told the same thing....reservations will be taken tomorrow for Jan 29th check outs only...not even for Feb 1st check outs. I'm not sure I believe it...since I don't feel sure that anything I'm told by ms is exactly accurate (I was told twice that there was no sspl for 2002, and was also put on that non-existant list the same day...lol)

Looks like I'll just have to call day by day to get my standard view 1br at BWV, since there doesn't seem to be a clear rule about it all. Personally I find this a bit absurd and annoying...they wrote the rules, yet don't bother adhering to them.

Did anyone run into this last year?

I was told March 1 too. I sure hope I can make them today. Why would it take until March 5? March 1 is certainly less than 11 months from January 30! I think they need a new computer programer who reads the member guidelines before they program!
