[Megan's Mom]

We are taking Megan to Children's Hospital in Birmingham tomorrow for a procedure. As some of you may know we have been having trouble of late getting her medicine down her. Last week we went down for an annual checkup with her doctor and she suggested that we change up her meds some and give them twice a day. This just resulted in us fighting her twice instead of once a day. The end result is that she hasn't been eating as well as she previously had and started to lose weight. The other thing that the doctor suggested was a g-tube for meds only. She could still eat regularly and we could supplement as needed along with the meds. This wasn't something that we initially wanted to do but after much thought and prayer have decided to go ahead with the procedure. We go down tomorrow so that they can add nutrients to her and hopefully we will have the surgery either on Thursday or Friday. Then either home on Sunday or Monday. we would appreciate it if you would keep us in your prayers this week and that everything goes well and she will be back to her old self soon.
