I hope I am posting this on the correct board. We will be going to WDW in Sept. and staying ON-SITE. I have read that you can take the Mears shuttle to Sea World, but does anyone know if you can catch it at ASMO and go to Universial 
We have our car, but taking the shuttle might be easier with our DGC(4 of them in all) as well as DD and DSIL. We will rent strollers at Universial so won't have to worry about lugging them on the shuttle.

. Universal, from what I understand, is only about 8 miles away from MK so it might be worth it to just drive. We are going in 25 days and we decided to rent a car for the day. We used a code and got an economy car for $25.00 for the day. With just 3 of us it worked out to be a better deal. Plus, I like to be on my own time schedule. I hate waiting around for the Mears buses, not to mention having to stop at all the other hotels along the way.
