Mears bad experience

We were scheduled for a Mears bus from the Grand Floridian at 8:50 am. It did not arrive until almost 9:30. We were going to the airport, flying Southwest so we wanted to be there in time to get A passes and we were not. We did make the flight and everything was fine, but it was very annoying to be waiting so long. We were a party of 14 so it wasn't like we could just grab a taxi. We were very angry that they were so late, especially when ALL of us were on time (a major feat for 14).

Generally a party of 14 should not even be using the Mears shuttle, you pay more (pay per person) as well as often get a slow ride with numerous stops. You can even shop around for a towncar after arriving at the airport without a reservation.

But if your shuttle did not make many stops after picking you up late, you probably got normal service from what you described.
