We have decided not to book a seat on the plane this year for our infant as there will be enough laps for him to sit on throughout the flight.
We were wondering what people have done in terms of a meal for the infant? He will be 14 months when we fly.
We booked a seat for our other son when he was this age, so he was allocated a meal, but this time we were wondering whether we are able to purchase/request a meal from the airline (BA) in advance, or should we be planning to purchase something at the airport prior to departure?

Thanks in advance.

I have only ever flown on Virgin with a infant but as wayneg said no seat no meal - they did give us a couple of baby jars and a juice but at 14 months this would not satisfy your little ones hunger.

I would def take some food that your infant likes, that way if they have a spare meal and you get it then its a bonus - if not at least you have a back up.
