If I book a resort reservation thru Disney but not the flight can I still use Magical Express? Will I get the luggage tags?

When you make your flight reservations call ME and add a reservation.

Yes - I have never booked a package just book DME when you make your resort reservation. If you don't have your flight info they can leave it out and you can call back when you have flights.
