We leave next Monday morning....actually Sunday since we are spending a night at a hotel near the airport. We have not yet received our Magical Express packet. I ordered it through the DVC site a couple months ago, and with all the chaos at home (another trip a month ago, Thanksgiving, school plays etc....) I didn't realize until yesterday that we hadn't received our packet. I called them to see what the problem was and they said it was because I had our PO Box And our physical address listed....that has never been a problem before and I get mail addressed that way all of the time. She put it through again and said that the system took it so we should receive it in time. She said that if we wouldn't receive it in time it wouldn't go through. (How Disney's computer knows how mail delivery will behave is anybody's guess!)
But in case Disney's computer doesn't know how quick the post office will get it to me - what do we do if we don't receive it in time? I read the sticky at the top of this board and saw that we can turn in our luggage tags to have our bags claimed for us even if we don't have our tags......but what about the voucher that we need for boarding the bus?? We are also traveling with a friend who has already received her packet, we were going to see if she had an extra luggage tag in case we don't get ours and we would just retrieve our luggage from her room....but that doesn't help with riding the bus.
Of course, I made the colossal mistake of telling my husband - so of course he will be in full-blown panic mode until they arrive. Can someone please reassure me that we will still be able to use ME even if our packet does not arrive in time.
