ME and not being on the reservation

I have a weird situation. This is the first time I have done a package in over 10 years. It was supposed to be me my DD and DH and my DSD. DH and DSD can not come.

Disney said no changes.

So I called my Mom and said come on down we have an extra bed. Can she use the ME if her name is not on the room reservation? It is going to mess up my touring plans completely to get her and take her back to the airport and I know I can get a towncar but with the added expense of her airfare and tickets (the rest of us have AP) I hesitate to do that.

so what can you all recommend?

No, i had this probem because I booked 3 rooms with my AP. After several phone calls and emails I got someone to take my name off of the reservation and put my brother's name on.

She can however purchase a ticket from Mears at the terminal to get on the ME bus.
