I haven't been able to get on in days.....just Olaf :(
Am I the only one.
Dining date is Monday......hope I don't have to call
 
My friend just made her dining reservations online this morning.

Personally, I can never get dining to work on MDE on my phone, but it works from my laptop.
 

Been having issues all week here at wdw with it sense the last update
 
I've been able to get on whenever I've tried today - It was up and down intermittently over the past week though.

Maybe you're just "lucky" :)

On and off for me as well on my laptop - I have found that if you ignore Olalf and choose an option you can complete your option!

I did ignore Olaf, but there are no reservations or tickets listed. Just says "We're sorry. We encountered a problem retrieving one or more of your reservations. Please try again later."

Cleared the cookies.....didn't do anything.

Changed from Firefox to Chrome and still the same thing.
 
Tried Internet Explorer too.............and did shut down computer.
Still nothing.
Dining is showing in the drop down box, so hopefully I can get that done on Monday.
Still nothing else. No friends and family or anything.
I was just there in early March and all was good then :(

I experienced this for two days. I finally gave in and reset my password, then it worked. It appeared that I was getting into my account because I was not getting any error message, but like you, it wouldn't display any of my information.

I really don't understand why they screw up, I'm sorry, they make an enhancement, and then I have to reset my password, but that's apparently how the crappy MDE system works. Anyhow, that's what worked for me.

Their IT department leaves a lot to be desired.
 
changed password using their link and now it doesn't recognize it at all :rolleyes:

Went into my profile....which did have my info and changed the profile there.
Now it does say Welcome, Nancy.....but still has none of my info!!

Great.....now it is just back to the generic Welcome....so frustrating!

You should call and speak with IT. They should be able to help you. I haven't had any issues with MDE in a few weeks, so it could be an issue that IT needs to look at and help with.
 
Thank you.....that will have to wait. No time to sit on hold or go through all that right now.
Babysitting and helping DS who needs an MRI on his knee.
Should have looked at this awhile ago. Always has gone smoothly for me before :(
