MDE Problems today

Anyone else having issues logging into MDE website today? I've been trying to log in to do some moving around of FP selections and have not been able to do anything. Maybe it is just me...

My first try trying to link magic bands and I have been sitting here for hours. I did call and was told the site was having problems and they could not help me. :-(
 
We're having trouble. We are trying to customize our magic bands and the site isn't able to load any of our stuff right now.
 
I just called as I can't even log in and was told they are doing some updates to the system.
On a good note I had a fabulous CM who was able to do a complicated DME reservation for me, 4 people with 4 separate flight itineraries and different arrival/departure dates!

Probably good you called, because I didn't see any way to do separate DME reservations for people in the same room (maybe I missed something?). I have one room with two different arrival times but didn't worry about it because one is flying and one is driving, so I just put in the flight--they think both will be using DME.

I am having problems on MDE today also. Won't even let me enter the MB area at all, says it's not available at this time.
 
I'm also having problems with it. Yesterday, my DH has been replaced with some random stranger under the "tickets". I took a screenshot of it then refreshed it and it was corrected. Then just now, my DH was completely gone from there along with his tickets. I logged out then back in and he's now listed there again.

This better be fixed by the time I choose FP for us. If my DH isn't there again, how am I supposed to get FP for him?
 
According to the app, I have no reservations. I find it beyond annoying that lately the app is wrong more than it's right. Good thing I know not to panic. I had to go through the website.

I was on the website using my laptop when I noticed a stranger's name attached to my DH's ticket. I was on the iPad app when my DH and his ticket completely disappeared from our reservation.

Is everyone having trouble with just the app or the website too through a desktop/laptop?
 
I was looking at mine last night because Monday is my 60 day mark (just getting ready/anxious and when I click on FP it says "First select Fast Pass + party" but it only has me listed not the other 3 family members who are on the package with me! When I look up the account we are all 4 listed but not under that FP section! I am worried something is wrong with that and I won't be able to book my FP Monday night.

No, nothing is wrong. When your window opens up, you will see the other people on the account. See the paragraph in red (#3 in Booking Windows and Scheduling) in Mesaboy's FP+ thread.

My MDE was like that, and I booked last night and everything was fine as soon as my window opened.

MataHari22....... THANK YOU SO MUCH! I have been worried about this all weekend. I just had a bad feeling about it and have been worried that with my luck something wouldn't be right when my window opens. I will feel so much better once all this planning is over. I normally really enjoy the planning but this is our 1st trip with all the new stuff (after over 20 trips the old way!) and I feel so out of the loop which makes it even more stressful! Anyway thanks for the good news!
 
Mde app was glitchy for me. One minute it told me that I have no reservations. The next it told me that I did. Also, none of my photos for today have been added to my account. They were added the same day in the past
