MDE planning question

So we are planning a trip for this summer. We are pretty well versed in using most of the systems. But I do still have a question I am sure you wonderful folks can help me with.

Last summer it was me and my son. This year my ex-wife and a friend are going to meet us there. (yes I am lucky enough to have a civil relationship with the ex). She wants me to handle most of the planning. If she and her friend both make MDE accounts I can link them to me and handle most of the heavy lifting, correct?

Yep. I went with extended family, with at least one adult per room having their own MDE account linked to me (any adults without their own account were "managed" by me just like a child would be). I could make all dining, resort and FastPass plans. They have the ability to make or change the plans as well, but they just let me do it.
